these look great! Can I ask you, what filling flavouring did you use for the black sesame matcha macaroons? Did you use the basic italian buttercream. I struggling to think of what will go with it.
I want to try them for Xmas day.

		<description>Hi Tina - unfortunately, it&#039;s hard to advise because it will depend on the &#039;thickness&#039; of your egg whites and what electric beater/mixer you are using. So long as the egg whites do not progress from soft peaks to firm peaks, you should be fine :)</description>
