I was brought up believing that the traditional and authentic flavours are best and therefore it&#039;s really important to me to ensure that I&#039;m putting traditional recipes out there so people know what an authentic dish would taste like! So I&#039;m really glad to hear that you&#039;re enjoying what I do :)</description>

Btw, I am loving all your recipes.  My husband is Korean and I am not, and I really appreciate that your recipes are not westernized like many dishes I find out there.  It is really difficult task to find good recipes here in the US!</description>
