I’ve tried bindae dduk when I was visiting Korea with my family. Let me say that this is a very nice dish, and - so the Korean waiter there told us - quite healthy too.

My Mother had long wanted a recipe for this.

DM - Well, that’s what my ma says too, and while mung beans *are* good for you, I think the frying may negate any of the health benefits :)

Health benefits are only a side addition to it being ungodly tasty, and we both know that.

DeathMitten - I have to agree that they are ‘ungodly tasty’, which is the best description I’ve heard of them yet!
