Mr. Woofy went to the park last night and made a new friend - Chucky, the 10yo Silky Terrier x Maltese, and they had a lovely play! Check out Sweetnicks to see what the other woofers of the blogging world have been up as part of this week’s round-up for Weekend Dog Blogging #54!

Walking to the park, and keeping an eye out for any naughty cats

What on earth is this fluffy little thing?

Ner-ner-ner! Your legs are too short to catch me, Mr. Little White Puffball!

TAG - you’re it!

Let’s run around and around in circles to confuse our humans!

Both of them are so cute!

Kat - They definetely are ;) Small old dogs are surprisingly sprightly!

awwww I’m glad they made friends! There is nothing like watching a larger dog play with a smaller one.. too funny :D

Lis - absolutely! Mr. Woofy is a gentle giant but sometimes he gets so excited that I worry a little when he plays with small dogs or children - however, he always seems to know where his paws are and have never caused an incident :) He likes to play tag, and always likes to be the one chased, so it’s funny when you see a tiny little puff chasing his giant ass all over the park ;)

how cute, it’s puppy love! How could she not fall for Mr. Woofy, he’s so adorable!

Jenjen - hehe, thanks ;) Chucky is actually a boy, but they did get along marvellously!

Wow! Mr. Woofy definitely gets an “A” for playing well with others. How’s his handwriting, though? =)

that looks like alot of fun for both!!

Ed - he’s a very social animal and hates being left to his own devices, it’s very cute when you see him spot another animal, he becomes so happy he almost trembles with joy! As for his handwriting, we’re still working on learning how to hold a pen, but I have hopes yet :P

Swee - they had an absolute ball! It’s a huge park, yet they ran all over it and only stopped because they were both pooped! :)
