After submitting the thesis last year I took a break and then got into some short term work earlier this year thinking I would get a job reasonably quick....how wrong I was!! Had two interviews in the last 4 weeks, from all the jobs I have applied!!! so frustrating and so boring staying at home. Thankfully i have some more short term work lined up for the next 4 weeks :) I agree about how disappointed it is when you get a knock, especially when you think you pretty much had it....and then find out like 4 weeks later that they have readvertised that position!! Hope you did get one of those jobs you interviewed for.
