While I have nothing against the general American population, there are a few things that have REALLY gotten my fucking goat over the past month:

WHY is it that Americans see fit to write about the food of another culture with such seeming authority when they have it all fucking wrong?! TWO posts in the past month from two different American bloggers who’ve written about Korean food in such an abysmally ignorant fashion that I want to hunt them down and shove soured kimchi into their eyeballs. IF you’re going to write about the food of another culture, MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR FUCKING FACTS CORRECT!!!!!
I live in Australia. We, like the rest of the world, sensibly follow the metric measurement system. It’s not my bloody fault that you live in the U.S. and deal with ounces and pounds. However, there are plenty of online conversion calculators to help you turn my recipes into ones more easily understandable for you, capisce? SO STOP FUCKING ASKING ME TO POST RECIPES IN YOUR MEASUREMENTS, OR TO EMAIL THEM TO YOU - DO THE FUCKING WORK YOURSELF, YOU LAZY MOTHERFUCKERS
