So, I’ve had a break from work since Thursday, and I have not gotten drunk, gone out dancing, or caused mischief of any kind. What have I done?
- Went to the Australian Open and watched the match between Serena Williams and Nicole Vaidisova, and part of the match between Kim Clijsters and Maria Sharapova (though, I only went to this as a client offered me a Silver corporate pass to go)
- Did lots of cleaning up around the house…man, dog hair gets EVERYWHERE
- Lots of cooking, including some not-so-successful profiteroles (damn you, Shannon Bennett and your bloody ‘My Vue’ cookbook! Damn you!)
- Watching Sin City and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with my kid brother
So, I may have been boring, but I’ve got seen Serena and Nicole live, as well as having a fridge full of goodies, so ner 
Though admittedly, I’ve got to do something about my NY resolution to get out more… Urgh, eventually.
